Report a bug
Email a bug report and tell us:
- what happened, and what you expected to happen;
- where you were: the server name at the top of the screen (for example "Mosswater 1"), and the game or place;
- roughly when it happened;
- your device and browser (for example "iPhone 13, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome");
- a screenshot or a short video if you can.

Account and purchase help
Tell us your player name and, if you can, your save code (Settings → Account). Only ever send your save code to this email address: nobody from the game will ask for it in chat. For a missing purchase, add the date and the receipt from Stripe.
Report a player
Send the player's name, the server, the time and what they did (a screenshot helps). You can mute anyone straight away in chat and voice chat.
Parents, privacy and security
To see or delete what is stored for an account, see the privacy policy and email us. To report a security problem, email the same address with "Security" in the subject.
